Tydi Top 100 DJ’s 2010

Some of you may have seen the shoot that we did for a fantastic DJ that we recently photographed for his recent album cover and 2010 promotional material. Tydi is ranked as Australia’s number 1 Trance DJ in Australia and since our shoot has taken out Worlds break through DJ. To top this off do you know that he is only 23!!

If you want to listen to the sort of music that he plays he has a Podcast that comes out every week in itunes which you can download here.

Recently a poll has been released which votes in the Top 100 DJ’S across the world and Last year Tydi was voted #52 in the world for this DJ poll, making him 1 of only 2 Australian’s ranked in the top 100!

This year we want to help him get into the top 20 to promote his international career to even great heights.

Jamie and Stephanie (the most excited Bride…. Ever!)

I think that it is official that Stephanie was the most excited bride of the year for XSiGHT Brisbane, Stephanie and her sister (Kathryn) were so excited when I arrived at their house to photograph and she looked fabulous. They had an amazing day and they also have and a very loving family. They had a good contrast for their bridal party with 1 on the girls side and 4 on the boys side. I think Jamie needed the help of all the boys to make sure that Stephanie didn’t get to excited and burst.

Everyone was pretty calm at the boys house, they got stuck into a few beers nice and early before we headed over to the girls house to have a bit of fun shooting in some nice light. The wedding was held at Macarthur Park Gardens at Alexandra Hills, the staff had the ceremony running like clockwork! We were out just in time to go up to the Cleveland Lighthouse for some photos before heading back to the courtyyard at Cleveland for their reception and same day slideshow.

Kerry Warner - Ben, Thank you for your fabulous photography. You have an awesome ability of how to use light and also an amazing eye for the composition of a photo. It was wonderful having you take the photos of Stephanie and Jamie’s Wedding day. Stephanie was beautiful and radiant and Jamie looked so handsome. It was such a positive and happy day and you made the experience even more so with your encouraging attitude. Thank you again for the great photographic Wedding memories.

Stephanie McFadyen - Ben, you are the most amazing photographer in the world and you are so great at capturing the moments and are fun while doing it too! Jamie and I had the most incredible day of our lives and we are so lucky and privileged for you to have shared it with us and documented it for us! Thank you so much again, I absolutely love the blog (so XSiGHTed hehe) and received the proof book today. Can’t wait to see you again soon so that we can chose our album!

Welcome to the new blog, this has been a long time coming and we hope to share some of the xsighting things that each studio is getting up to. Yes, we have probably not been the best at updating the page but we are all making a conscious effort to make sure that we bring you something each week.

You should be able to navigate our site easier, You can click on one of the categories to take you to the posts from a specific studio or types of shoots. We also have a search button in the left hand slide out bar which should allow you to search for what ever you like.
